Yeddyurappa took charge as BJP President in Karnataka for Fourth Time
Former Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa took charge as BJP President for Fourth time of Karnataka on Thursday. He asked party workers to work hard to achieve absolute majority of 150 seats in 224 member house in upcoming 2018 Polls and to achieve Modi's dream of Making Congress Free Karnataka and Congress Free India. He also described Congress a "Sinking Ship".

In Karnataka BJP is having 47 MLAs among which in nine districts, BJP has no prominence and in 13 districts BJP has only one MLA and in Bengaluru and Belagavi 21 MLA's. " Its time for us to unite ourselves by leaving personal matters and putting best efforts to achieve power in Karnataka .We all did good job in bringing BJP into power in 2008 for the first time in South and Now we have to reach it again." Yeddyurappa said in 125th birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar's organized party event.
When BJP has formed its first government in Karnataka in 2008 Yeddyurappa took oath as chief minister of Karnataka and later after certain circumstances and Over graft charges on him he was forced to resign. He left BJP and formed Karnataka Janata Part which failed to create its mark and also did huge damage for BJP in 2013 election polls. He returned to BJP after the announcement of Narendra Modi as Prime ministerial candidate in 2014 Loksabha polls.
