Facebook announced new iOS app "Collab" for Music Lovers.

Facebook experimental app division has introduced a new iOS app Collab that brings music lovers together. This app allows people to create, watch, and mix music and videos. Facebook app is purely focused on New Product Experimentation.

The Specialty of Collab is that three independent videos will play in a Sync. Users will have the flexibility to create or add a new recording or swiping or discovering to complete the best music or video composition. This process is very simple and doesn't require any music experience.

When once Collab is created it can be published for others to watch and mix further. This is just like a Tik-Tok kind of feature. This can be shared on all social media platforms like Facebook stories, Instagram etc.. 

Facebook is sending invitations in batches targeting Folks in The United States of America and Canada. This regular usage and feedback will help them in improving the performance of Collab. Meanwhile, Earlier Facebook has planned to take on Tiktok in the past, and Instagram Reel editing features. Facebook has also aimed at the standalone app Lasso.
