Prime Minister Narendra Modi will decide on National Lock Down Extension beyond April 14

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi will decide on Nation Lock down extension beyond April 14. Modi will decide on Extending a Three week National lock down after meeting all Chief Ministers over video conferencing on Saturday. Almost all the Chief Ministers advised him to go for Lock down Extension against the Coronavirus  Pandemic battle more effective.

Modi Said to all Political Party floor leaders that Several State Governments, District Administrations and Experts have asked for Extension of National Lock down in this national social emergency.He also mentioned that it is not that easy to lift the lock down in the current situation. 

It is important to maintain the Social Distancing among people and priority of government is to save each and every ones life. Our Nation is facing serious social and economic challenges as a result of Covid-19 and Central government is taking necessary measures in overcoming them.

Delhi Chief Minister Aravind Kejriwal said that It is purely the Central Government decision to continue the Lockdown and it should be taken at National Level. But all gains will be lost if we lift the Lock down at this point of time. If respective States decides on the length of lock down the fight on Caronavirus won't be effective.Odisha and Punjab states have already extended the lock down till April 30th. India's Position is far far better than many other developed countries because India started Lockdown early and took all preventive measures to stop spreading in a bigger way.
