Experis IT Survey Hiring News Recharges Professionals and gave Positive Hope on Career Prospects


Experis Information Technology Employment Outlook Survey gave a positive hope that recharges upcoming Information Technology professionals to start their career. The Survey indicates higher hiring intentions for the next two quarters. IT Hiring will pick up slowly in coming months and see an upside by March 2019. Non-IT Companies will be the big players in Information Technology Hiring Process and they will also establish their captive centers in India.

Experis IT Survey covered more than 550 IT employees across India and reported a positive employment outlook of around 53% in between oct 18 and Mar 19. Software companies with more than 250+ employees are intended to hire more people mainly by demand on hiring.
 
Non-IT Companies across multiple sectors sum up a hiring outlook of 45%.  Manufacturing, Utilities, Finance and Retail sectors are expected to see strong hiring activities. Infact IT experts is likely to be higher in Non-IT domains because of automation.


As according to NASSCOM Majority of New IT Jobs will be in the Areas of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data Analytics. Most employers are keen on hiring candidates with 0-5 years’ experience with higher learnability quotient who can adopt to the latest advanced emerging technologies.
 

The Talent demand chart is still topped by Web Technologies with an employment outlook of 32%. Most of the companies are likely to secure 5% of jobs for freshers boasting some training in these technologies.
