Rajya Sabha has Unanimously Passed Three Crucial Bills with Vice Vote Today

After continuous adjournments Rajya Sabha has unanimously passed three crucial bills which includes Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment bill,Two Supplementary demands for 2015-16.

The House returned to Lok Sabha The Appropriation bills 4 and 5 Which contains supplementary demands for 2015-16 to meet the government's expenditure.The Opposition objected the government's move to bring the Juvenile bill through the supplementary agenda .

Azad Said " We want to pass the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes bill and we fulfilled the promise and  Juvenile Justice bill should be tabled.But Government has now put it in the supplementary business which was not in agenda today.It is shame on government that opposition had objected the bill so that media and public will criticize us". 

Following this, Deputy Chairman P J Kurien took up the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Bill, 2015 along with two appropriation bills.These bills was unanimously passed in the Rajyasabha with a vice vote with out any discussion
