No Confidence motion 'adopted' against Arunachal Pradesh CM Nabam Tuki government
Arunachal Pradesh 's Nabam Tuki led congress government loses on no confidence motion by 11 BJP MLA's and two rebel congress leaders and to choose a 'rebel' Congress MLA as Chief Minister. A day after they impeached speaker Nabam Rebia in a make shift assembly premises in community hall.The Session was chaired by Deputy Speaker T Norbu Thongdok passed the motion by voice note and signature consent by 33 members in the absence of 26 Congress MLA's including Nabam Tuki and his council of ministers.

Earlier the opposition BJP MLA's and also rebel congress leaders met at a conference hall in Itanagar hotel on Thursday and was adopted with Deputy speaker T Norbu Thongdok ,a rebel congressman in the chair.
In the 60 member house of Arunachal pradesh assembly 33 members including 20 dissident Congress MLA's elected Kalikho pul as the new chiefminister of the state. Thongdok announced Kalikho pul as the "New Leader of the house" the proceedings will be sent to Governor and he will ask the chiefminister and council of ministers to take oath shorthly.
The Chief Minister Nabam Tuki with his 26 supporting Congress MLAs described this as illegal and constitutional . As per the direction of the speaker the district administration has sealed the Assembly premises on Wednesday.The MLA's with due consent from Governor JP Rajkhowa shifted the venue to the conference hall of a in Naharlagun.
