Indian One day skipper MS Dhoni to play for Pune in IPL-IX

India's One day captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni to play for Pune in IPL-IX version which will be played  from April 9- May 29.MS Dhoni was first pick up by Pune, who led Chennai Super Kings in all previous eight versions of IPL while Suresh Raina was picked up by Rajkot  on Tuesday for the next two seasons of IPL.

Pune and Rajkot was named two Franchises in IPL for next two years, filling the void left by the two-year suspensions on Chennai and Rajasthan franchises for an illegal betting scandal.Players from both the teams are made available in the draft and asked two teams to pick  five players each.The chairman of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group Mr Sanjiv Goenka bagged the Pune team while Intex Mobile Manufactures bagged Rajkot team .

IPL-IX

Australian Captain Steve smith and South Africa's Faf du Plessis ,Indian batsman Ajinkya Rahane and Off spinner Ravichandran Ashwin were the other players selected for pune.NewZealand skipper Brendon Mccullum,Australian allrounder James Faulkner,Westindies captain Dwaynebravo and Indian allrounder Ravindra Jadeja are ready to play for Rajkot.

Both Pune and Rajkot Franchises will loose 390 million rupees ($5.82 million ) from a total of 660 million rupees for next year's IPL auctions in which remaining players from the suspended team will be added to the pool.IPL twenty-twenty league with a $3.5 billion estimated brand value will continue to rock the Cricket lovers very soon.
