“Talks will narrow the trust deficit and pave the way for normalisation of relations with Pakistan“ Says SM Krishna.

Indian Foreign Minister Mr SM Krishna expressed his realistic and positive approach and called for patience during the talks with Pakistan which is going to begin on Thursday. He also expressed that talks will narrow the trust deficit and pave the way for normalisation of relations with Pakistan.

India and Pakistan aims to forward peace process.On Thursday The Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and Pakistan’s Salman Bashir are going to met in Islamabad.Even the Kashmir Issue is also going to discuss during the talks.


The formal Peace Process was broken after the Mumbai attack by Pakistan militants which killed 166 People. Later the meetings between defence, Interior and trade secretaries and also a visit by Pakistan Prime Minister has progressed the relations between these two countries.
Indo-Pak Talks

The United States of America and its allies are hoping a peace process will follow and it helps to withdraw western troops ahead of 2014 in Afghanistan. American President Mr Barack Obama is going to announce the first phase withdrawal of Troops later today.
