Indian President Droupadi Murmu speaks of the greatness of Indian culture and democracy on her maiden address to Nation

The 15th President of India Droupadi Murmu  in her maiden address speaks about the greatness of India and the mother of democracy in her humble beginning speech who hails from small santhal tribal village from Odisha .Addressing to nation she said that in 75 years of parliamentary democracy, India has taken forward the resolve of progress through valuable contribution and harmony. In her address the president focuses primarily on wide range of issues which includes the citizen duties and need for collective efforts.

In India we will find many diversities and we are involved in the making of 'Ek Bharat- Shreshtha Bharat' by embracing many languages, religions,sectors,food habits, life styles and customs. She also mentioned that India's journey towards 100th year of Independence would be based on two paths "Sabka Prayas and Sabka Kartavya' which means everyone's effort and everyone's duty.

Recent times Women is also contributing a lot in India's sustainable growth and development. In the past few years New Energy has been filled due to various decisions taken and formulated for the Empowerment of Women in India.  

Droupadi Murmu wants all sisters and daughters to be empowered more and more so that they continue to increase their involvement in their respective fields that helps to build nation in much more effective way.

Droupadi Murmu was elected as President last week to succeed Ram Nath Kovind. She was also a member of  Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP). Earlier She works  as a minister in Odisha from 2015-2021.and also as a Jharkhand Governor.

Droupadi Murmu discovered that the next 25 years will be a period of new resolution for India. and showered the people and the healthcare sector for the strength amid the Covid-19 Pandemic. Today we are seeing inspiring and ready to welcome New Modern Era with new thinking. India is redefining itselfby adding new chapter in each and every field. India's capability has shown the world in fighting with the Covid-19 tough times that enhances the credibility all over the world

Voting begins to elect India's 15th President election

Nearly 4,800 elected MP's and MLA's will vote today to elect 15th president of India. The polling will take place in parliament house and respective state legislative assemblies from 10 AM to 5 PM.Draupadi Murmu is the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate and Yashwant Sinha is the UPA opposition contestant Candidate.

The results will  be announced on July 21 and the next president will take oath on July 25. The present president of  India Ram nath Kovind's tenure  comes to end on  July 24. NDA's Draupadi Murmu is having a clear edge over UPA's Yashwanth Sinha. She is likely to become the First Woman President from the tribal community.

The Vote share for NDA Candidate is expected to reach nearly 2/3 rd majority with the support of various regional parties in India. Out of 10,86,431 votes NDA has around 6.67 lakh votes.The presidential poles are conducted by the Election Commission of India.In this year presidential elections around 4,900 lawmakers including 776 parliamentarians will elect the 15th president of India.

The electoral college responsible for President's elections in India comprises of the elected members of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Legislative assemblies of the states and Union territories. Legislative Councils have no role to play in this elections.

There is Proportional voting system in presidential elections which means the value of every MP or MLA of a state is greater than 1.. This value varies from state to state with respect to population. The fixed vote value for parliamentarian is 708.

Greatness of Tradition,Culture and Customs in India


India,One of the biggest democratic country in the world.It has a Rich cultural tradition,by nature tolerant and fatalists with the harmonious blending of art,religion and philosophy.Indian Culture is the outcome of continuous synthesis of different cultures and has dynamism in the flexibility to survive these foreign invasions and retain its originality and traditional character even after it has imbibed and absorbed many of the best external influences. 

India's enriching culture has becoming unique in the character,disillusioned with materialistic pattern of lives for solace and peace that attracts all eastern and western societies to us.Indian philosophical and ancient epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata has enlightened the spiritual bliss and hold eternal lessons of the victory of good over evil.Several Philosophers like Gautam Buddha,Ramakrishna Paramahamsa,Swamy Vivekananda taught us to follow the Path to live and subtle philosophical principles to be followed in day to day life.

India art comprises of Greatest temples and caves like Ajantha,Ellora and Khajuraho etc are live testimonials which represents the artistic excellence which was influenced by the religious beliefs and trends.Both Indians and Foreign tourists experience the spiritual reawakening on visiting  these greatest Indian Monuments.

India Culture
Indian music has had great impact and remarkable experience on western music. Indian dance has built on the concepts of ragas and talas.Each raga is regarded as the appropriate to certain emotion and certain mood suitable at certain time.Indian classical music has two different forms Hindustani and Carnatic and Western Music also have made a valuable contribution with great maestros like Pandit Ravi Shankar and Zaskir Hussain in popularising the indian music in abroad.

Indian Dances like folk or classical with eloquent expression and timeless wisdom has varied in underlying the unity that binds the people of India Together with passion..The origin of classical dances like Bharat Natyam,Kathak,Kathakali,Manipuri etc is from the Hindu Temples. The concept of rasa hold the central place which is conveyed through Bhava or expression and with the technique of abhinaya.

Indians are promoting the cultural unity through sense of national identity by various forms. Its our responsibility to imbibe the right values which uploads the spiritual and cultural renaissance for the rest of the world.Modern India always notices the legacy of our ancient seers and cultural heritage which need to be carried away by the materialistic idealogy of the west with astounding success in unravelling the mysteries of nature
