Arunachal Pradesh Crisis as "Too Serious" and is under scrutiny says Supreme Court
The Supreme court described Arunachal Pradesh crisis as "too serious" , is seeking the state government report citing a constitutional break down and also asked centre to reply to its notice by Friday.The Governor JP Rajkhowa said that the report is confidential and it should be shared with the judges but not with congress. He also insisted that the report needs to examine thoroughly by court.

The Court asked the Governor Counsel that report indicates the emergency situation and why the President's rule is imposed in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.After the Centre's strong recommendation and in-person clarification President Pranab Mukherjee also signed of the central rule for Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday.
The Centre went by the advice of Governor Rajkhowa, who had reported against the government headed by Mr NabamTuki in deteriorating the Law and Order in the state severely. Even the assembly session had also not been held in due course of six months.
