Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his baby vows to donate 99% of shares to Charity

Facebook Chief Executive Office and the Co-founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife addressed  a letter to their daughter who was born last week that they will give away 99 percent of their Facebook shares worth about  $45 billion to a  new charity over the lifetimes to advance the initiative,.On the Facebook page he posted a photo of himself,his wife Priscilla Chan and their new born daughter with a post entitled A letter to our daughter.

Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan touched several issues including health,education,Internet access and learning and they formed a New Organization which was controlled by both of them. The Organization begins by focusing on personalized learning, curing disease,internet connectivity and community building. He also announced Chan's Initiative which aims to "advance human potential and promote equality".

Mr Zuckerberg and Chan's charitable plans are the latest indications of  growing philanthropy among silicon valley's young  billionaries.So far they have committed $1.6 billion to their philanthropy.They have given several donations this year which includes Public schools,Initiatives to bring better wireless internet access to SanFrancisco Hospital where Chan works as a pediatrcian,Zuckerberg has committed to give away upto $1billion of facebook stock each year for the next three years.
