Keyword Analysis: The actual purpose lies behind SEO is to gain lots of traffic for the defined keywords. The right keyword for any page brings a vast traffic and the wrong keyword drains all your efforts and returns a huge bounce rate.So keywords should be highly related with the content of the page.

Don’t put the contents too far: While designing your page, keep one this in your mind that don’t put your actual keyword featured content too far from the top of the page. As some designing related scripts uses space between head and body tag and most search engine robots or spiders crawl first 250-300 words of any webpage or sometimes less. So always try to avoid such space consuming script which makes your website looks cool but push your real content where spiders and robots never goes to crawl.

Sitemap: You must have a good structured sitemap which must have all your page links which you want to be indexed by search engines and want to be crawled. Sitemap page must not be deeply nested and must be on the root of the website. (Example: http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml).

Structured Navigation: Your site must have some menu driven structured browsing. It helps not only the real human visitors to browse but also help crawlers to generate site links for your site.
