Strong Winds with Massive Dust Cloud and Severe Thunderstorms Hits Phoenix Valley
Massive Dust with gusts and Severe Thunderstorms hits the Phoenix area on Tuesday Night.This dust cloud had originated in an afternoon storm in Tuscon area and later moved to north.The Storm's wave of dust had reached as high as 8000-10000 feet then it beared down on Phoenix Valley. This reduced the visibility and due to power outages for thousands of residents in the valley along with flight delays.

When once it neared the Phoenix valley the cloud had fallen to 5000 feet. The Weather Service in phoenix reported that the storm appeared to be 50 miles wide and it blanketed the city's downtown at night fall.
People around Phoenix valley said that this is the most significant and worst storms they have seen as they have lived there for a number of storms. As Already Arizona Monsoon season started in Mid June and this storm is a part of this Season and it lasts through September.The Storm not only hits Phoenix but also surrounding cities of Avondale,Tempe and Scottsdale and More than 8000 Salt River Project utility customers also left with out power.
