Instance Justice with Improved Delivery Reduces Pendency

Government of India decided to fast track the pending cases that being staggered in different courts of India. The National Mission for Justice Delivery and Legal Reforms main objective is to increase the access to justice by reducing the delays.

Law and Justice
The Union Cabinet gave an approval to Law Ministry and it also bears the expenditure of Rs 5,510 Crores over Next 5 years till 2016.The approval will reduce the period of pendency from 15 years to 3 years.

The Mission will also aims to set Performance standards but better enhancement. This broadens the improvement of infrastructure and also legislative, procedural, Human Resource Development changes in all subordinate courts by sharing 75% of grants.

Instant Justice
The Centre already shared 50 % of grants to North east region and will bear another 40% of expenses. The Mission is also planning to set up the implementation of National Mission. The Pendency will reduce from 15 to 3 years with Improved justice Delivery and legal reforms in a systematic way.
