BJP asks for a ban on Google Street View

BJP Criticizes and launches a salvo against Google Street View on the grounds of “security”.Bangalore police refused to take photos of public roads and pathways.BJP 's Communication cell has issued a memorandum and asks karnataka Home Ministry for a Ban on the Google Mapping initiative due to security vulnerabilities.

BJP had suffered a lot of terrorists attacks in the past and they can use this Google street view service to plan for future attacks. Google has currently stopped this service and talks are going on between google and Bangalore police to resume the activity again.
